Craig Willis started Greater Dallas Residential, LLC to compliment the services provided by Greater Dallas Roofing, LLC, and to specifically meet the need in the construction industry for Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects. As President, he brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and dedication to his work.

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and working on the family ranch. Whether leading his company or spending time outdoors, Craig approaches his life with dedication and passion, continuing to build a strong professional and personal legacy. 

Brett Willis is a Vice President of Greater Dallas Residential, LLC and brings his knowledge and experience as President of Greater Dallas Roofing, LLC to the company. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, he has dedicated his career to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. 

Beyond his career, Brett is a devoted husband and a soon-to-be father of two. He enjoys spending his free time hunting, running, and making lasting memories with his family loved ones.  Whether at work or in the great outdoors, he approaches everything with dedication and a strong work ethic. 

Chase Willis is a Vice President of Greater Dallas Residential, LLC, following in his father’s footsteps and carrying on a legacy of excellence in the industry.  A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, he brings fresh energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to his role, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction on each project. 

He has been married to his wife, Amanda, for nearly three years and values the importance of family and hard work. Outside of his career, he enjoys hunting, competitive shooting, and spending quality time with his family. In all aspects of his life, Chase approaches every challenge with passion and precision, always striving for success. 

Jeremy Barnette is a Vice President of Greater Dallas Residential, LLC where his dedication to customer service sets the foundation for his success. Jeremy's problem-solving skills and implementation of solutions ensure projects are seamlessly executed. 

Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or making memories with his wife and two boys. He values family and hard work, and brings the same level of passion and dedication to both his personal and professional life.
